How long does it take to receive my order?
We typically ship orders within 2-3 Business Days. In the event of a sale, shipping times may be delayed. DUE TO COVID-19 Orders are backed up, and we are experiencing shipping delays.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped. You'll receive a link to track your order. We promise you will love our Merchandise!
How can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept returns or exchanges. All of our orders are made to order specifically for the customer that placed the order.
Do you offer refunds?
If we send you the wrong item, it is damaged, or something that we have done wrong with your order, we will gladly refund you or send you a new item free of charge. However, Mistakes are rarely made.
